Newborn Photos

Professional newborn photos are an investment in memories. My goal is to give you the best experience that I can and create photos that you will cherish forever. With more than a decade experience, I have the skill to safely create beautiful images of your baby's first days.

All Inclusive Rates: I offer all-inclusive packages to simplify the decision process for clients. In a busy, fast-paced market like NYC, clients value convenience and transparency. My clients have a clear, upfront cost without feeling like they’ll be pressured to purchase more after the session. All inclusive rates include session fee, styling with my props, and a set number of digital files.

Professional print products including birth announcements, fine art prints, keepsake albums, are available upon request so you can choose how you wish to capture your precious memories.

Sessions are weekdays in midtown Manhattan.
Additional fee for in-home or on-location service, holidays and weekends.

A non-refundable retainer of $100 is due at the time of booking. You are encouraged to book well in advance, as session slots are limited.

Maternity Photos

Pregnancy is such a special and memorable time. It would be my privilege to photograph this special time in your life. A maternity photo session is the perfect way to capture your gorgeous glow and intense emotions in timeless images. My goal is to give you the best experience that I can and to see both of our visions unfold and produce a photo that brings joy to your heart forever.

Maternity packages start at $500, all inclusive rate that includes the session fee and 10 digital files. Sessions are weekdays in midtown Manhattan studio or Central Park. Additional fee for on-location service, holidays and weekends.

Policies

Booking

It's never too early to book your session. Session slots are limited. Most of my newborn clients book about two months in advance. I book your due date, and schedule the day for photos after the baby is born.

Timing

The ideal time for newborn photos is within the first 14 days after birth, though babies are photographed as newborn up to about 4 weeks old. If you did not pre-book before birth, please don't hesitate to contact me for any last minute openings. I photograph babies of all ages. For preterm babies or those born with health complications, photographing in the first 14 days is often not possible as they sometimes need an extended stay in hospital. In most cases, once baby has been cleared by their doctor to leave the hospital, it would be ideal to get them in for their photo session as soon as possible.

Retainer

A $100 non-refundable retainer is required in order to book your session and secure availability around your due date. Dates are not held without a paid retainer. The remaining balance is due on session day.

Online Gallery of Photos

A few 'sneak peek' images will be available to view online within 24-48 hours of your session. Within 2 weeks of your session, professionally retouched photos will be available in a private online gallery. You will receive notification when your gallery is ready along with the password to access it. The style and quality will be consistent with those on my website. I select the images to finish based on a variety of things (lighting, composition, emotion, expression). All of the images will be individually hand-edited by me. I never show or provide unedited images.

Model Release

All sessions require a signed model release.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session and any retainer will be applied to a future date.

Payment Plan

I never want precious fleeting moments lost due to finances. If you would like me to capture this special time and pay in the future, I request a retainer now for the session, and your images will be viewed and edited after payment is made in full.

Gift Certificates

The gift of professional newborn photos is a timeless, precious gift that will last a lifetime. I have a beautifully designed gift card just for this occasion.

A La Carte Print Items

I will work with you on options for displaying your photos in beautiful and creative ways. Professional prints, birth announcements, keepsake photo albums, and fine art canvases and wall prints are available. You can order professional prints directly from your online gallery, or if you prefer, you may email or call me with your order. The online gallery shopping cart is a great way for family to order prints too. If you prefer to meet in person to view your photos, that can be arranged.

Birth Announcements

Share the joyous news with custom photo birth announcements that will be a lasting memento of those precious newborn moments. Birth announcements are flat cards with envelopes. I offer modern and traditional designs to add your personal style and a special touch to your baby's grand debut!

Keepsake Albums

Each beautifully hand crafted album is custom designed by me. From the paper to the printing, quality is at the heart of every photo book. My photo books use real archival quality professional lustre photo paper. The unique binding system allows every page spread to lay flat without any gutter or unsightly seam to separate your pages. Beautiful presentation with incredible durability. These premium photo books look stunning and last a lifetime. Extra copies are a perfect gift for grandparents.

Gallery Wrap Canvas

Canvas Gallery Wraps are made with a print on Professional Photo Paper bonded onto museum quality canvas, or a Premium Fine Art Print printed directly onto canvas material. The print is then wrapped around an artist's stretcher frame, and finished with hanging hardware. Also available with a variety of custom Frames, and as Wall Clusters and Splits.

MetalPrints

MetalPrints™ represent a new art medium for preserving photos by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets. Because the image is infused into the surface and not on it, your images will take on an almost magical luminescence. The ultra-hard scratch-resistant surface is waterproof/weatherproof and can be cleaned easily - just avoid direct sunlight.
